By submitting payment to Elevè Studio you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.


Legal Disclaimer

Elevè Studio retains legal representation to address fraudulent chargebacks, harassment (including online and email threats), and any other related disputes. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

We reserve the right to decline any project or client at our discretion.


Payment & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Elevè Studio upholds a strict no-refund policy. Once the design process begins—whether through planning, layout creation, or product development—significant time and effort are dedicated to the project. As a result, the designer is entitled to full compensation for their work.


Invoices

Unpaid invoices will be automatically canceled after 24 hours.


Phone Consultations & Project Updates

For certain projects, a phone consultation may be recommended. These consultations will be recorded for the client’s reference.

During the consultation, the designer will address any questions and provide an estimated turnaround time. Once the service has been purchased, we kindly ask that clients refrain from sending repeated follow-up messages regarding project status (e.g., “When will my order be ready?” or “How is it progressing?”). Rest assured, all projects are completed within the promised timeframe. The designer will proactively communicate if any issues arise.


Client Communication

We communicate exclusively with the business owner and do not engage with third parties. If a client is dissatisfied with a product, they must address their concerns directly with the designer.

Once product drafts are sent, it is essential to review and communicate any concerns promptly. If no feedback is provided within one (1) day, the project will be considered finalized, and any future revisions will incur additional charges. Projects with no communication within this timeframe will be deemed forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. To reactivate an abandoned project, a $75 restart fee will apply.

All revision requests must be submitted within one (1) to two (2) days after receiving the initial draft.

Project Completion & Revisions

The turnaround time for any project begins only after Elevè Studio has received all required information.

Once product drafts are delivered, any requested revisions must be communicated on the same day. If the designer does not receive revision requests within this timeframe, the product will be considered finalized, and any subsequent changes will incur additional fees.


Long-Term Projects

All turnaround times are clearly stated on our website and are guaranteed. However, if a project extends beyond the original timeframe due to client response delays, the estimated completion date will be adjusted accordingly.


Sales, Promotions & Credits

Once a purchase is made during a sale or promotion, no changes or substitutions to the payment terms will be allowed.

Payments from previous orders (credits) cannot be applied to new purchases.


Respectful Conduct

Our designer is committed to delivering exceptional service, and we expect all client interactions to remain professional. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Any client who engages in rude, inappropriate, or unprofessional conduct will have their contract and invoice terminated without refund.


Operating Hours

Our business hours are Monday – Thursday, 10:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. (CST). We are closed on weekends (Friday – Sunday). Any inquiries received outside business hours will be addressed on the next business day.
