What’s Required to Begin Your Design

To ensure a smooth and efficient design process, please have the following information ready before we get started:

Business Name & Branding Details – Include your business name, tagline (if applicable), and any existing brand colors or fonts.

Logo Files – Provide high-resolution PNG, PDF, or AI files of your logo to maintain design quality.

Design Inspiration & Preferences – Share any specific ideas, color schemes, or reference images that reflect your vision.

Content & Text Details – Include all necessary wording for your design (flyers, business cards, banners, etc.), ensuring accuracy.

High-Quality Images – If you have product or service images to include, please provide high-resolution files for the best results.

Size & Print Specifications – Let us know the required dimensions for your design (e.g., yard signs, banners, business cards).

Contact & Business Information – Include phone numbers, email, website, and social media handles (if applicable).

Having these details prepared in advance helps streamline the process and ensures we bring your vision to life seamlessly! 🎨✨

Turnaround Time

The design process will require 3-5 business days per design  .

-We advise scheuduling your requests accordingly to guarantee timely project delivery as we do not offer expedited services.

**Please note weekends ( Friday-Sunday) & All USA Reserved holidays are excluded . **

Revision & Redesign Policy

Revision Policy: Clients are entitled to one complimentary revision per design. Additional revisions will incur a fee of $10 per revision. Revisions include minor adjustments such as text edits, repositioning elements, and modifications to brand colors and fonts.Revisions take an additional 3-5 day turnaround time.

Redesign Policy: A $50 fee applies (per design)  for major changes that require significant time and effort, including new layout creation, structural modifications, or extensive design alterations. Redesigns will take an additional 10-14 business days .

Refund Policy

Given the nature of the services provided, Elevè Studio does not offer refunds.
